Job Description:
  • Participate in incident management process.
  • Monitor low priority incidents for single or group of accounts.
  • Adhere to the CSC incident management process.
  • For small accounts, participate in DSR for assigned accounts and provide status reports.
  • Works closely with service desk and technical teams for coordination of incident resolution.
  • Drives towards meeting SLA's
Good to have basic knowledge:
Microsoft operating system & Trouble shooting Skills
Should posses Good Communication & Basic Computer knowledge

Pre requisite:
Service Agreement of 2 years is mandatory for all selected candidates.
